Storia
La stazione è stata aperta al pubblico a maggio del 1903 dalla Great Eastern Railway (GER), passando sotto la London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) nel 1923 e infine al London Underground nel 1948, anno in cui è cominciato il servizio della linea Central[2][3].
In questa occasione venne ricostruita la biglietteria della stazione, distrutta dai bombardamenti tedeschi nel luglio del 1944.
Nel 1965 è stato chiuso lo scalo merci[4][5].
Interscambi
