Storia
La stazione di Haselhorst fu progettata come parte del prolungamento della linea 7 dall'allora capolinea di Rohrdamm a Rathaus Spandau; tale tratta venne aperta all'esercizio il 1º ottobre 1984[2].
Nel 2017 la stazione, insieme ad altre sei stazioni della stessa linea, venne posta sotto tutela monumentale (Denkmalschutz) quale importante esempio di architettura postmoderna.[3]

Il progetto architettonico della stazione fu elaborato da Rainer G. Rümmler.[4]

Der U-Bahnhof Haselhorst ist eine Station der Berliner U-Bahn-Linie U7. Er wurde am 1. Oktober 1984 im Zuge der Verlängerung der U7 zum Rathaus Spandau eröffnet und befindet sich im gleichnamigen Ortsteil am Ferdinand-Friedensburg-Platz. Im Bahnhofsverzeichnis der BVG wird der Bahnhof als Hs bezeichnet wird. Bis zum benachbarten Bahnhof Zitadelle sind es 1100 Meter, zum Bahnhof Paulsternstraße beträgt die Entfernung 990 Meter.[1] Der Bahnsteig ist 110 Meter lang. Die Station ist mit einem Aufzug und Rolltreppen ausgestattet, der Zugang gilt als barrierefrei.[en] Haselhorst (Berlin U-Bahn)

Its name means "hazel eyrie" in English; it was named for the locality where it lies: Haselhorst in the borough of Spandau. It lies between the stations Zitadelle and Paulsternstraße.
