Storia
La stazione fu aperta il 17 luglio 1918.[3] Venne ristrutturata nel 2003.
Strutture e impianti
La stazione è sotterranea, ha due banchine laterali e due binari.[4] È posta al di sotto di Lexington Avenue e non ha un mezzanino, ognuna delle due banchine ospita infatti un gruppo di tornelli con due scale che portano all'incrocio con 77th Street.[5]

The 77th Street station (also known as 77th Street–Lenox Hill Hospital) is a local station on the IRT Lexington Avenue Line of the New York City Subway, located at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and 77th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
