Harrison est une station souterraine de la ligne rouge du métro de Chicago à proximité du quartier de Printer's Row. Comme les autres stations dans le State Street Subway, elle fut ouverte le 17 octobre 1943 et possède une mezzanine à chacune de ses extrémités. La station se trouve à proximité du Blackstone Hotel et du Hilton Chicago, deux hôtels de luxe situés sur Michigan Avenue.

À l'origine la station était dotée d’une entrée vers Polk Street qui fut fermée le 27 juin 1968 avant d’être rouverte le 9 février 2009 à la suite de l'augmentation des entreprises et des résidents dans le quartier de South Loop[1].

En 2008, 951 005 passagers ont utilisé la station Harrison)[2].

Harrison is an "L" subway station on the CTA's Red Line in Printer's Row, Chicago in the Loop. The station opened on October 17, 1943, as part of the State Street subway. In 2006, the KDR standard signage at Harrison was replaced by the newer Current Graphic Standard signage. On February 9, 2009, an auxiliary entrance at Polk Street that was closed in 1968 was reopened due to an increase of both business and residents living in the South Loop neighborhood. On April 14, 2014, the Polk Street auxiliary entrance was temporarily closed, reopening on May 25, 2014. Later the same year, the main entrance closed on June 16 and reopened on July 28.[2] The station entrance at Harrison is located directly in front of Jones College Prep High School.
